Do you look at the demographics of cities you are buying a new home in? That could help make a good decision. Check the options from this Denver Blog, click here: Did you know that there are some topics a real estate agent can’t discuss? Topics such as crime rates, school ratings and general demographics are not subjects up for discussion due to federal Fair Housing laws.
However, just because I can’t legally answer such questions doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ask them, or that the answers aren’t available! You should and they are!

One of the most important and yet ignored ways of marketing your listing is a single site website. Other companies charge agents for this. Our agents have as many as they want at no extra cost. Have a neighborhood Undressed blog, have free listing blogs, it is that simple.
Click Here for an example single site blog, a rambler on Villard Street in Tacoma, Washington.
You can put more info on on one of these than other methods. You can tie in all other forms of marketing: copy of flyers, your other blogs, send sign calls to the blog.

1. Google finds your business not your competitor. (Example: Search for Issaquah Beauty Salon and Issaquah Ballet Studio and you find articles we wrote about them on the front page.)
2. If a business has a story to tell, a book to write – a story to tell, this is the best venue. As you write you create more ways for the search engines to find you. You offer more content as you continue to write new articles.

Issaquah: A Blog About It
Issaquah, WA is a little city with a big heart and big ideas, about 15 miles east of Seattle. Surrounded by the Cascade mountains, also called the “Issaquah Alps” with lakes, parks, trails and green space adorning the area. It boasts incredible walking trails, parks, (one just for dogs, Bark Park!), a trolley, a historic downtown, and The Issaquah Salmon Hatchery. We have fun in Issaquah. We have car shows, and a public market. Issaquah enjoys being on Lake Sammamish. Issaquah zip codes include 98027, 98029, and part of 98075. Issaquah Undressed is a blog about Issaquah Wa, and about local real estate by Larry And Kathleen Cragun, of Keller Williams Realty. Our email: Larry(at)realesatateUndressed.com or Kathleenlea_crag(at)hotmail.com or phone 206.618.3724

The merchant or business blog is free to the business. It is sponsored by a real estate agent.
The agent and our self help training sites will be the source of training for the business blog as part of a marketing alliance with the business.
The benefit to the merchant is in the power of the network. We will be building a national presence with local focus. Blogs are better for search than websites. They are easier to update with new content. And thanks to us and the agent this cost is……. Oh there is no cost.
We will direct traffic around the network from our various blogs, including some of the neighborhood undressed blogs.
Business and agents should look for ways to partner and cross market with each other.
